Call for Paid Internship: ASER Nepal

ASER Nepal is seeking enthusiastic, responsible, and motivated young individuals to join our team as interns. ASER Nepal works closely with communities, volunteers, and children to support meaningful learning experiences and strengthen foundational skills.

This internship opportunity is especially suitable for:

  • Students currently studying at Bachelor’s level
  • Recent +2 / High School graduates
  • Young individuals interested in education, research, communication, community
Available Internship Positions
Key Responsibilities
Data Analysis Intern (1 Position)

-Support data cleaning, analysis, and preparation of tables, charts, and interpretation summaries.

-Must have sound knowledge on Excel and Google Sheets knowledge (Knowledge of Stata or R will be an added advantage)

Program, Tech & Research Intern (1 Position)

-Support preparation, organization, and digital management of training, program, and research materials.

-Assist in volunteer coordination, activity tracking, logistics, meetings, and workshop preparation.

Content, Language & Social Media Intern (1 Position)

-Support writing, proofreading, translation, and review of educational and child-friendly materials.

-Assist in preparing social media captions, activity updates, stories, and outreach content.

Design, Documentation &  Communication Intern (1 Position)

-Support design of presentations, posters, cards, social media visuals, and communication materials.

-Assist in photography, documentation, formatting, and organizing reports, manuals, and program content.

Preference will be given to candidates who have:

  • Access to their own laptop/device for work
  • Participated in initiatives, clubs, social projects, or educational activities and volunteering.

Prior professional experience is not mandatory. We value willingness to learn, ownership, curiosity, and commitment more than formal experience.

Internship Details

  • Duration: 5-6 months, 5 days a week, (5 hours per day), on site.
  • Stipend: Pro-rata basis as per the minimum wage specified by the Government of Nepal
