Call for Expression of Interest for Consultancy Services to develop LDCRP and DPRP of Garuda Municipality, Rautahat

Rural Development Centre (RDC) Nepal is a non-governmental organization established in 2002 registered at District Administration Office (DAO), Rautahat. RDC Nepal has been carrying out different interventions focusing on the welfare of children, youths, and women, health and education, water and sanitation, sustainable environment, livelihood, income generation activities, disaster management, conflict, information and technology, and other critical issues and right based issues.

Rural Development Centre (RDC) Nepal takes this opportunity to request potential firms/ consultants to submit technical and financial proposals for developing LDCRP and DPRP of Garuda Municipality, Rautahat under NRL Program funded by World Vision International.

Interested consultants/firms may obtain Terms of Reference (ToR), financial proposal, Registration form from the link below.

Interested firms/organizations or individuals meeting the qualifications and requirements as described in the ToR can submit their EOI. The candidates are expected to have proven experience in developing/ formulating several DRR policies, act and plans at Local Government of Nepal as mentioned in ToR.

Please submit your EOI and required documents electronically to pc.rdcnepal@gmail.com with a secured password or a sealed document at RDC Nepal Chandrapur-4, Rautahat, before deadline. The proposal received after the deadline will not be considered for evaluation. Any proposal that does not meet the requirements will not be entertained.

All rights are reserved with procurement committee of RDC Nepal either to approve or disapprove any proposal without giving any reasons whatsoever.

• Technical and Financial proposals with password protected.
• Company/ firm VAT/PAN registration certificate or individual PAN.
• Company Registration Certificate (individuals not required),
• Recent Tax Clearance Certificate FY-2079/80
• Similar work experience documents.
• Supplier registration form (attached with documents)
