One Heart Worldwide (OHW) is an International Non-Governmental Organization that has been working in the area of Maternal and Neonatal Health (MNH) since 2011. OHW works with local communities and local health service providers to develop a culturally appropriate Network of Safety around mothers and infants, by raising awareness, teaching good practices, and distributing essential equipment to ensure that mothers and infants survive delivery and the first months of life.

One Heart Worldwide (OHW), Nepal hereby invites qualified firms, suppliers and companies to submit their Expression of Interest (EOI) to be enlisted in OHW’s preferred/ pre-qualified vendors list for the years 2026 and 2027, for the supply and provision of the following goods and services:

Submission Details: Interested firms/suppliers/companies are requested to submit their EOI by completing the Google Form available at: https://forms.gle/LxLAacQqrhV1reur9, uploading the requested documents, by 5:00 PM, November 10, 2025.
Please note:
- Submission of an EOI does not automatically guarantee enlistment or invitation to future quotations/bids.
- EOI received after the deadline will not be considered.
- OHW reserves the right to modify the requirements or reject any or all submissions without assigning any reason whatsoever.
