Call for Expression of Interest (EOI) for Consultant Roster

Heifer International Nepal is dedicated to ending hunger and poverty while caring for the Earth. Heifer’s mission is to support families in achieving sustainable living incomes, with access to food, shelter, education, and healthcare, while contributing to more inclusive and resilient agri-food systems.

Heifer International Nepal invites interested individuals and organizations to submit their Expression of Interest to be included in the Consultant Roster for Fiscal Year 2027, covering the period from 1 July 2026 to 30 June 2027. The required list of experts can be downloaded from here.

Interested individuals and organizations are requested to submit their applications to Procurement-NP@heifer.org with the email subject line “Application for Consultant Roster” no later than 15 June 2026, 5:00 PM.

Applicants must submit the following documents in a single PDF file:

1. Completed Application Form (Download from here)
2. Updated CV; organizations should submit CVs of relevant experts
3. Company Registration Certificate
4. Copy of PAN/VAT Certificate
5. Tax Clearance Certificate for FY 081/082
6. Organization Profile

Please note that submission of an EOI does not guarantee automatic selection or inclusion in the approved consultant roster. Heifer International Nepal will contact listed consultants as and when required.
