Consultancy service for baseline evaluation of the SUDHAR project

Nepal Red Cross Society, Karnali Province Office hereby invites an Expression of Interest (EOI) from eligible Nepali consulting firms to conduct baseline study of the project named ‘Sustainable Development for Health, Adaptation and Resilience (SUDHAR).

The three-year project (2026–2028) is being implemented in Kumakh Rural Municipality (Salyan), Shivalaya Rural Municipality (Jajarkot), and Sanibheri Rural Municipality (Rukum West), covering Health, WASH, DRR-CCA, and National Society Development (NSD) components.

Interested firms must have a minimum of 10 years’ experience in baseline/endline studies, research, or project evaluations, preferably in Health, WASH, DRR, and CCA sectors. Eligible firms are requested to submit separate sealed technical and financial proposals within 15 days from the date of publication of this notice in below mentioned address. Opening date of the proposal is on 26 February 2026 (2082 Fagun 14) at 1:00 PM.

The Terms of Reference (ToR) can be obtained upon payment of NPR. 4,000 (non-refundable) in favor of Nepal Red Cross Society, Karnali Province Office (Account No. 55501384180, Siddhartha Bank, Surkhet Branch). 2.5% earnest money (refundable) is mandatory for all bidders, and the selected firm must submit a 10% performance bond.

Proposals submitted by email will not be considered. NRCS reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals without assigning any reasons.
