Consultancy service for final evaluation of the EACH project implemented

In Kalikot, Dailekh, Arghakhanchi and Gulmi districts

Nepal Red Cross Society, Karnali Province Office hereby invites an Expression of Interest (EOI) from consulting firms to conduct final evaluation of the project ‘Enabling Action for Community Health (EACH)' for full project period (2022-2025). It is an integrated project, which comprises National Society Development (NSD), Health, WASH and DRR-CCA components.  The project has been implemented in one rural municipality of each four districts Kalikot (Sannitriveni), Dailekh (Bhagawatimai), Arghakhanchi (Malarani) and Gulmi (Kaligandaki). The overarching objectives of the project are (1) to improve the access and quality of reproductive health services particularly, maternal, newborn, adolescent health, family planning and WASH services, (2) National Society Development (NSD) and (3) increase demand and service utilization through improving behavior change and healthy practices. The project equally focuses integrating Disaster Risk Reduction and Climate Change Adaptation (DRR-CCA) to strengthen resilience of community.

Registered Nepali consulting firms having at least minimum 10 years experiences in conducting baseline, endline evaluation, research and project evaluation in Nepal preferably in Health, WASH and DRR and CCA component are requested to submit their expression of interest together with the technical and financial proposals in separate sealed envelope within 15 days from date of notice publication.

The details of Term of Reference (ToR) can be obtained from the addresses/emails given below against deposit of NPR. 4,000.00 (Four thousand only) in favour of Nepal Red Cross Society Karnali Province (Account No. 55501384180, Siddhartha Bank, Surkhet branch)

The separate sealed hardcopies of both proposals (technical and financial) should be submitted in any below mentioned address. The deadline for the submission of proposal is June 23, 2025 (2082/03/09). Opening date of the proposal is on 26 June 2025 (2082/03/12), at 2:00 PM. The proposal submitted via email will not be considered for further processing. NRCS reserves the rights to reject any or all proposals without giving any reasons.

2.5% earnest money (refundable) from all the bidders and 10% performance bond from the qualified bidder only should be deposited in favour of Nepal Red Cross Society, Karnali Province Office EACH in its bank details (Siddhartha Bank, Surkhet Branch, Account # 55501378949)
