Call for Expression of Interest (EOI)

VSO, as a lead Consortium and International Alert, in consortium with national and local partners, is implementing a 2.5-year project titled SAHAJ: Strengthening Access to Holistic, Gender Responsive, and Accountable Justice in Nepal. It aims to tackle the root causes of GBV and improve the capacity of the security and justice system to provide protection and services to the most at-risk women and girls in Nepal. The project is funded by UKAID, as part of their Integrated Program for Strengthening Security and Justice (IP-SSJ).

International Alert is seeking the following two separate consultancy services from consultancy firm or company or consortium to produce a documentary film and a comprehensive training manual:

1. Documentary film: The overall objective of the assignment is to produce a documentary film (long and short version) on the Community Score Card (CSC) approach highlighting process, best practices, achievements and real impacts in the project focus areas. The product will be used to increase public awareness and to better inform about importance and scope of community-police partnership as well as about the positive results of a community-police collaboration.
2. Training Manual: The overall objective of the assignment is to produce a comprehensive training manual on CSC in both Nepali and English version incorporating the practices and methodologies adopted by International Alert. The manual will be used by local resource person, security and justice actors, local governments and civil society organisations to deliver similar type of CSC events in the future.

Interested and eligible consultancy firms or companies or consortiums are requested to submit their technical proposal (not more than 10 pages, outlying the core competencies and experiences)and financial proposal sealed separately.
