Call for EOI – Consultant and Vendor/Service Provider Roster Development (2026)

 Call for Expression of Interest (EOI) for Roster of Consultants 

The Institute of Himalayan Risk Reduction (IHRR) invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) from qualified individual consultants and consulting firms/organizations to be included in its Roster of Consultants for upcoming assignments.

IHRR is engaged in research, technical advisory, and implementation support in areas such as disaster risk reduction (DRR), climate change adaptation, anticipatory action, early warning systems, environmental management, and resilience building. To support a growing portfolio of projects in collaboration with government agencies, development partners, and NGOs, IHRR seeks to establish a pool of experienced and competent professionals.

Scope of Engagement

Selected consultants/organizations will be considered for short-term and long-term assignments, including but not limited to:

• Research studies, assessments, and evaluations

• Policy and strategy development (e.g., DRR, climate change, LDCRF/LAPA)

• Development of tools, frameworks, and technical guidelines

• Training, facilitation, and capacity-building activities

• Data collection, analysis, and reporting (quantitative and qualitative)

• GIS mapping, modeling, and risk analysis

• Monitoring, evaluation, accountability, and learning (MEAL)

Required Document:

Interested applicants (Organizations or Individuals) are requested to submit the Google form or submit the hard copy at the office premises along with the following documents. 

• Updated CV (for individuals) / Company Profile (for firms)

• PAN (for individuals) 

• Organization Registration Certificate, VAT/PAN registration certificate, Tax Clearance Certificate (FY 082/83), Proposed experts’ CV

• Cover letter expressing interest and areas of expertise

• List of relevant assignments

• Copies of academic certificates (for individuals)

• PAN/VAT Registration Certificate

• Firm Registration Certificate

• Latest Tax Clearance Certificate

Interested firms/vendors/suppliers are required to fill up the Google form along with copies of the required documents. IHRR reserves the right to accept or reject all responses without incurring any obligation. Applicants may also submit documents via email or hard copy at the office premises.
