Call for consultancy Service for operational Plan

National Environment & Equity Development Society (NEEDS) Nepal is a humanitarian and development organization dedicated to improving socio-economic development, humanitarian action/DRR/CCA & safer migration, and anti-human trafficking in Sudurpaschim province since 1999. NEEDS Nepal has three core working sectors i) Social Justice and rights ii) Disaster Risk Reduction and Climate Resilient Actions iii) Dignified migration and Resilient Livelihood. NEEDS Nepal has developed its expertise in these sectors and various subsectors, specifically in safer migration, prevention of human trafficking, technical education & vocational training, climate resilience, economic development, livelihood, infrastructure development, humanitarian response, urban-DRR, disaster risk reduction, safe shelter and management & flood resilience.

NEEDS Nepal is implementing a mitigating Human-wild conflicts through Eba in Nepal project with the funding and technical support of WWF Nepal from 1 February 2026 to 30 September 2026 in Bheemdatt municipality, Bedkot municipality, Laljhadi rural municipality and Belauri municipality of Kanchanpur district and Aalital rural municipality and Parshuram municipality of Dadeldhura district.

NEEDS Nepal is looking for eligible service provider for the consultancy services:

Consultancy-1: Support government authority to prepare/update plans mainstreaming Eba to address climate-conflict nexus 

TO APPLY:

Interested and eligible consultancy firms/companies registered in PAN/VAT are requested to submit their Cover letter, Technical Proposal and the Financial Proposal along with CVs via email to procurement@needsnepal.org.np or at office of NEEDS Nepal Bheemdatta Municipality-18 Kanchanpur Bhashi/ or Dhangadhi sub metropolitan city-04, Kailali. Please also submit all legal documents of consulting firm registration, company registration, latest tax clearance and Organizational Profile by 11 April 2026.
