This ultimately helps lift communities out of poverty while advancing toward more inclusive and resilient agri-food systems. 

We are looking to update the roster for Enumerators. 

Skills/Requirements:

• Excellent Nepali communication skills; should understand basic English.
• Must possess experience in data collection or enumeration.
• Bachelor’s degree in social sciences with at least 2 years or more experience in qualitative and quantitative data collection from households, cooperatives and other institutions in the areas of agri-livestock sectors will be considered.
• Experience in mobile based data collection is added advantage.
• Experienced in Microsoft word, excel and email services.
• Strong experience in collecting qualitative data collection from women groups, cooperatives and others
• Strong experience in archiving the collected qualitative data (such as interviews, Key Informants Interviews (KII), Focus Group Discussion (FGD) scripts, notes, observations, or case studies, etc.) in the recommended format. 
• Strong Experience in qualitative data transcription and translation 
• Able to use qualitative analysis software (if required).
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and follow ethical research standards. Able to work efficiently within the stipulated deadline in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel to remote areas with limited access.
• Honest and dedicated to the organization values.

Note: Listed enumerators will be contacted on a rolling basis. This roster will be utilized for surveys (baseline, midline, endline, and outcome monitoring) and other assessments and remains valid for up to one (1) year.
