Lead Faculty (two Positions) - AI Native and AI Foundation Module
About NAAMII and Project:
NAAMII is a not-for-profit AI Center of Excellence founded by Nepali researchers, building a self-sustaining ecosystem that advances AI research, develops world-class talent, and drives innovation to solve high-impact problems from a Low- and Middle-Income country base.
Through the EU-supported UDAAN project implemented with Youth Innovation Lab, Heifer Project Nepal, and Women In Animation, NAAMII is rolling out a nationwide, tiered AI education pathway: AI Native (foundational literacy at scale), AI Foundation (intermediate practical skills), and AI Deep (advanced specialization). Together, these form a stackable credential pathway reaching over 22,000 learners across Nepal.
To anchor the academic direction of this pathway, NAAMII is recruiting two Lead Faculty positions.
Role A — Lead Faculty, AI Native Modules: Set academic direction for the foundational AI literacy track.

Role B — Lead Faculty, Curriculum Management (AI Foundation): Own design and lifecycle management of the AI Foundation track and cross-tier articulation.

Engagement: Deliverable-based consulting, average of 2 days/month over 39 months. Initial contract through 31 December 2026, renewable.
Who can apply: Individual consultants and/or firms. Applicants may apply for one role or both — each is evaluated independently.
Minimum qualification: for the lead faculty, Master's (3+ yrs) or Bachelor's (5+ yrs) in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, Education Technology, or related, with demonstrated AI teaching or curriculum experience.
