Mellow Mug is the first coffee house in Chakupat area in Nepal, which plans to excel in quality and customer service. It started its business from Jan 2016. JOB REQUIREMENTS

BARISTA

• Greet and escort customers to their tables
• Present menu and provide detailed information when asked (e.g. about portions, ingredients or potential food allergies)
• Prepare tables by setting up linens, silverware and glasses
• Inform customers about the day’s specials
• Offer menu recommendations upon request
• Up-sell additional products when appropriate
• Communicate order details to the Kitchen Staff
• Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages, including various types of coffee and tea (If barista)
• Serve food and drink orders
• Arrange table settings and maintain a tidy dining area
• Deliver checks and collect bill payments
• Follow all relevant health department regulations
• Assist kitchen staff in cooking and serving, if necessary 

DISHWASHER

• Collect the used cups/ plates, tidy the eating area and dish wash for future use

NOTE

• Self-motivated candidates with excellent learning, training, and people skills are guaranteed promotion to a Leadership position after one year of service.
• Freshers and female candidates are highly preferred.
• Candidates near our location - Chakupat, Patandhoka are preferred.
• Candidates having a driving license and own vehicle are preferred.
