Auction Notice

CARE Nepal is inviting bids from all interested parties for the auction of the following items.

Note: 

• All the measures to be taken to protect the environment and other hazardous activities at the time of disposal and that is the complete responsibility of successful bidders and CARE does not bear any financial and social responsibility coming out of it.

The above different items will be available for inspection from 12 PM to 4 PM, on Tuesday, 31 March 2026 at the CARE Nepal office, Ekantakuna-4, Lalitpur.

Please note that the different items will be sold on an “as-is” and “where-is” basis with no guarantee or warranty expressed or implied as to the condition of the items.  All bidders must deposit NPR 7,000.00 for each LOT of different items as a security deposit at the front desk. The security deposit will be refunded to unsuccessful bidders within 10 days. There will be “no refunds” made after payment for the above each LOT of different items. All bids must be sealed and submitted to:

No later than 12 PM on Wednesday, 1st April 2026 marked “BID for AUCTION OF DIFFERENT ITEMS” in the Auction Form.

Note: Auction form to be collected from CARE Nepal office during the time of inspection of the different items. The successful bidder will be notified by 4 PM on Wednesday, 1st April 2026 and is required to pay the total bid amount by Thursday, 2nd April 2026 and thereafter, must remove the different items from the CARE premises and deposit slip as evidence of full amount deposited within a week from the date of bid confirmation. 

A security deposit for unsuccessful bidders will be returned within 10 days. CARE Nepal bank account details will be provided to the winning bidders.

* If the successful bidder rejects the offer, the security deposit will be forfeited.

* CARE Nepal reserves the right to accept or reject the bids.

पुराना मालसामान लिलाम बिक्रीका लागि बोलपत्र आह्वानको सूचना

केयर नेपालले तल उल्लिखित विवरणअनुसारका जिन्सी मालसामानहरूको लिलाम बिक्रीका लागि बोलपत्र पेश गर्न आह्वान गर्दछ ।

जानकारी : 

• सफल बोलपत्रदाताले डिस्पोजलका समयमा वातावरण संरक्षण र अन्य जोखिमपूर्ण गतिविधिहरूका लागि अपनाउनुपर्ने सबै सुरक्षाका उपायहरू अपनाउनुपर्नेछ । यसबाट उत्पन्न हुने आर्थिक र सामाजिक दायित्व केयर नेपालले वहन गर्नेछैन ।

माथि उल्लिखित जिन्सी मालसामानहरू २०८२ चैत्र १७ गते (२०२६ मार्च ३१), मगंलबारका दिन दिउँसो १२ बजेदेखि ४ बजेसम्म  ललितपुरको एकान्तकुनास्थित केयर नेपालको कार्यालयमा निरीक्षणका लागि उपलब्ध रहनेछ ।

उल्लिखित जिन्सी मालसामानहरू जहाँ जस्तो अवस्थामा छ त्यस्तै र त्यहीँबाट लिलाम बिक्री गरिनेछ । जिन्सी मालसामानको प्रत्येक लटका लागि ७ हजार रूपैयाँ धरौटी रकम फ्रन्ट डेस्कमा जम्मा गर्नुपर्नेछ । असफल हुने बोलपत्रदाताहरूको धरौटी रकम १० दिनभित्र फिर्ता गरिनेछ । उल्लिखित जिन्सी मालसामानको प्रत्येक लटका लागि भुक्तानी भइसकेपछि “कुनै रकम फिर्ता हुनेछैन” । सबै बोलपत्रहरू सीलबन्दी गरी २०८२ चैत्र १८ गते (२०२६ अप्रिल १), १२ बजेभित्र खाममा “विभिन्न जिन्सी मालसामानका लागि बोलपत्र” लेखेर तल उल्लेख गरिएको ठाउँमा पेश गर्नुपर्नेछ :

जानकारी : लिलाम बिक्रीसम्बन्धी फाराम जिन्सी मालसामानको निरीक्षणको समयमा केयर नेपालको कार्यालयबाट प्राप्त गर्न सकिन्छ ।सफल बोलपत्रदातालाई सन् २०८२ चैत्र १८ गते (२०२६ अप्रिल १), बुधबार दिउँसो ४ बजेसम्म सूचित गरिने छ । बोलपत्रमा उल्लेख गरिएको कबोल रकम सन् २०८२ चैत्र १९ गते (२०२६ अप्रिल २), बिहीबारसम्म भुक्तानी गर्नुपर्नेछ र त्यसपछि लिलाम भएको जिन्सी मालसामान केयर नेपालको परिसरबाट उठाई लैजानु पर्नेछ ।

असफल बोलपत्र दाताहरूको धरौटी रकम १० दिनभित्र फिर्ता गरिने छ । सफल बोलपत्रदाताहरूलाई केयर नेपालको बैंक खाता विवरण उपलब्ध गराइने छ । 

* सफल बोलपत्रदाताले प्रस्ताव अस्वीकार गरेमा, धरौटी रकम जफत गरिनेछ ।

* बोलपत्रहरू स्वीकृत गर्ने वा नगर्ने अधिकार केयर नेपालसँग सुरक्षित रहेको छ ।
