The General  Working Guideline for the post of Business Operation In-Charge (BOI)  is as follows:

INTRODUCTION

THE BAZAAR Agriculture Coooperative is a member based organization registered at Divisional Cooperative Office of Kaski. It has 600 members of which 300 are smallholder farmers, 15 are High Volume Customers (HVCs) of vegetable and 285 are consumers of 'Healthy & Fresh' products promoted by the cooperative under the umbrella brand THE BAZAAR.

• It has accomplished the following achivements since its operation.
• Encourage the smallholder farmers to produce Organic, Healthy & Fresh Product under the umbrella brand THE BAZAAR.
• It is the registered Cooperative based in Kaski district and it is adhere to the vision of developing the 'Sustainable Regional Food Network' (SRFN).
• It has network with more than 25 Farmers' Groups (FGs) in which 1300 smallholder farmers from the border region of Pokhara Valley are associated.
• It is the first organization to introduce Participatory Gaurantee system (PGS) in Kaski District.
• It is promoting the brand THE BAZAAR with the operation of 2 sales unit, Farmers' Market, Marketing activities and has colloborated with HIgh Volume Customers (HVCs) for its visibility.
• Saving and credit is another strong tool to serve its members with regular financial activities.

The General Guideline for OPERATION IN-CHARGE.

1. Understand and modify the ' THE BAZAAR Business Plan' in coordination with management team and make implemention plan.
2. Monitoring of  Daily Business of 'Healthy and Fresh' vegetables and Food Products under the umbrella brand of THE BAZAAR. Currently, the major business unit is located in Wholesale Market at Shanti Ban Batika with partner retailers and smallholder farmers as producers. This unit is termed as 'Supply Chain Unit'. One retail unit is located in Rastra Bank Marga named 'Model Retail Shop' under the management of strategic partner 'Development Voyage'.
3. Responsible for the marketing of 'Healthy and Fresh' vegetables and Food Products among the different customer segment: Wholsesalers, Retailers and End Use Consumers.
4. Assist Supply Chain Unit with necessary feedback to make the business more visible and profitable. In supply chain unit there are two staffs responsible for daily business; one is 'Procurement Assistant' and one is 'Sales & Delivery Assistant'.
5. Monitoring the activites of 'Saving and Credit' unit and guide accordingly to achieve its target for the fiscal year.
6. Verify the enteries made by the 'Account Assistant' related with Saving and Credit and Supply Chain Unit. Softwares used are FinAct and Tally.
7. Prepare and monitor monthly financial plan in coordination with President, Program Director and Strategic Partner 'Development Voyage'.
8. Prepare weekly quick working plan and discuss with management team on every Sunday. (Max. 30 Mins)
9. Assit the juniors to operate 'IT Tools' necessary in daily business, if any.
10. Prepare Monthly Report of business unit  and report to Program Director.
