AREA SALES MANAGER

Universal Venture Pvt. Ltd. is a registered & reputed import based Company located in Lalitpur, Nepal.  It's the National distributor for Amplifii+ Electronics Products for Nepal & seeking to recruit Competent, committed, self-motivated & enthusiastic Candidate for the post of Area Sales Manager.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Making Monthly visiting plan for all Sales Executive  team members and implements it effectively by regular follow-up and discussions with team members 

• Sale analysis: Value wise and Product Wise

• Planning for growth of next planning year

• Maintaining relationship with distributors, appointment of distributors and settlement of claims

• Ensuring payment and availability of products as per sale and targets

• Keep in regular contact with team members and maintain healthy communication & relationship 

• Completing monthly, quarterly and yearly sales target 

• Market review of new products and services 

• Keeping up to date about company products, services and schemes 

• Monitoring activities, products and services of competitors 

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (Marketing, Sales or related field).

·    3-5 years of sales experience in related Field

• Proven experience in sales management.

• Proficient in basic accounting.

• Excellent communication skills.

• The ability to work under stress and resolve conflict.

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office specifically PowerPoint and Excel

• Excellent analytical skills and comfort with math

• Ability to multitask

• Excellent customer service
