We're Hiring: Architect (Full-Time)

Location: Kathmandu, Nepal

Position: Architect – Design & Documentation

We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and technically proficient Architect to join our dynamic design team. The ideal candidate will contribute to both architectural and interior design development, technical documentation, and client coordination across residential, hospitality, and commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare architectural and interior design concepts and detailed drawings
• Develop working drawings, construction details, and technical specifications
• Create 3D models, elevations, and presentation visuals
• Ensure compliance with Nepal Building Code (NBC), municipal bylaws, and regulatory standards
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, and other consultants
• Participate in client meetings and incorporate feedback into design iterations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized university
• Registered with Nepal Engineering Council (NEC)
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience
• Prior experience in residential, hotel, or commercial projects preferred

Skills & Competencies

• Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory)
• Working knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, V-Ray, Enscape
• Basic understanding of BOQs, specifications, and site measurements
• Familiarity with NBC and local building regulations
• Strong design sensibility and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Problem-solving mindset and eagerness to learn
• Team player with a professional and positive attitude
