Minimum standards and conditions to be followed by the Suppliers/Bidders while submitting the bid:

(a) The updated registration certificate of a firm, company or institution.

(b) Receipt of Value Added Tax Registration Certificate

(c) Receipt of tax clearance certificate (F.Y. 2081-82)

(d) Should not have been blacklisted in any of the blacklists.

(e) The supplier shall be competent to supply the materials mentioned in accordance with the prevailing laws.

Note: Sealed bid/quotations received after the closing date will not be considered. CSRC reserves the right not to accept any sealed bid, to accept it partially, or to cancel the entire bid without any reason.
