JOB DESCRIPTION
- Design and develop native mobile applications for android platforms.
- Work directly with other web developers, designers and managers to conceptualize, build, test and realize products
- Interact with client to understand the requirements for setting POCs as well as derive scope documents
- Create compelling device specific user interfaces and experiences
- Gather requirements around functionality and translate those requirements into elegant functional solutions
- Standardize the platform and in some cases apps
- Explain technologies and solutions to technical and non-technical stakeholders
QUALIFICATIONS
- A minimum of 1 year experience and strong expertise in Android App Development
- Understanding of application development frameworks like Sencha Touch, jQuery mobile, Titanium, eMobc, Phonegap etc. is a plus.
- Knowledge of web services XML/SOAP, JSON and restful APIs
