1. Job Description
The Customer Consultant (Airlines) will be responsible for assisting Korean customers with flight-related inquiries, reservations, ticketing, and other airline services. The successful candidate must demonstrate excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and the capacity to provide accurate and timely information while maintaining a high standard of customer service.
2. Key Responsibilities
Assist customers with flight reservations, ticket issuance, and itinerary changes.
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
Provide support for check-in procedures, boarding, and other airport-related services as required.
Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Responsibilities may be adjusted based on operational requirements.
3. Requirements
Fluency in Korean (mandatory) – TOPIK Level 6 desirable.
(Applicants without Korean Language fluency will not be considered.)Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and general computer proficiency.
University graduate or prospective graduate.
Fluency in English (desirable).
Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
4. Desirable Qualifications
Prior experience in airline customer service, travel agencies, or the hospitality industry.
Experience working with Korean customers or in an international work environment.
5. Working Hours & Contract Period
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Working Hours: 09:00 – 18:00
Lunch Break: 12:00 – 13:00
Paid overtime may be required depending on workload.
Contract Period: One-year contract, including a three-month probation period.
Contract renewal will be based on performance evaluation.
Expected Start Date: 1 March 2026
Subject to successful completion of background checks and security clearance.
6. Benefits
