Agriculture and Microfinance Project Manager - Two positions: One in Birtamod, One in Dhangadhi
The successful applicants will be primarily based in Birtamod, Jhapa and Dhangadhi, Kailali. The initial contract will be for 1 year.
Mercy Corps invites applications from candidates who have 8-10 years of technical and management experience in agriculture and micro finance, including interaction with and development of diverse staff, project design, and assessment, implementation and evaluation of an entire program. A degree in Agriculture, Ag Economics, MBA, Masters in Economics, Finance, NRM, or equivalent in development or relevant field is essential.
The successful Project Manager will combine strong participatory staff management with multi-tasking skills to provide daily oversight to lead and develop Mercy Corps’s value chain development and economic corridor programming in the eastern and far-western Nepal.
