TEAM AND ROLE OVERVIEW

  • A full-time position for an Agri-Sales Officer is open within aQysta Nepal's team.

  • The chosen candidate will closely collaborate with aQysta's Sales team.

  • Over time, the Agri-Sales Officer will grow into an expert in agricultural sales at aQysta.

  • The role aims to enhance the sales and value chain of agricultural products within the company.


JOB PROFILE

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Set realistic Agri-sales target and develop strategies to achieve them.

  • Identify new market segments, market partners and optimize pricing strategies to maximize profitability.

  • Conduct market research to identify customer demand, preferences and purchasing patterns.

  • Facilitate market linkage by connecting Agri-products of farmers/suppliers with market partners.

  • Formulate strategic initiatives and action plans to achieve business goals.

  • Regularly check in with clients to gather feedback and ensure satisfaction.

  • Monitor and track sales margins regularly to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the food processing industry/factories and B2B sectors to increase sales.

  • Developing in-depth knowledge of company products.

  • Preparing cost-benefit analyses for prospective and existing customers to determine the most suitable purchase options.

  • Analyzing competitors' products to determine product features, benefits, shortfalls, and market success.


BACKGROUND AND SKILLS

  • Education: BBA and Master Running

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in business administration, business management, marketing, or related field is preferred.

  • Min. 2-3 years of experience in working in sales and marketing of Agri-commodities

  • Proven sales experience and track record of achieving the sales target.

  • Excellent negotiation and consultative sales skills.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Good knowledge of sales strategies and industry regulations.

  • Excellent Communication and negotiation skills.
