Salary: The salary is 80.000 NPR per month (or the equivalent amount in another currency) and is paid twice a month. The basic salary will be subject to periodic review and adjustment at the Company’s discretion.

Probation Period (remote): The probation period to be served by the candidate from the day of commencement is equal to 30-45 days. After the probation period you will be relocated to work full-time in our office abroad.

Work Timing: Full-time, 8 hours shift - 5/2 (Monday – Friday).

Leave Policy: Our company offers a flexible time-off plan which includes vacation and sick leave, for remote workers it is unpaid. Eligibility for the vacation begins 6 months after your date of becoming the official staff member.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Affiliate Partner Management:
• Identify, onboard, and manage affiliate partners to expand our affiliate network.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliates, ensuring their needs and concerns are addressed promptly.
• Provide affiliate partners with the necessary marketing materials, tracking links, and promotional assets.

2. Performance Analysis:
• Monitor affiliate performance, track key KPIs, and report on the effectiveness of affiliate campaigns.
• Analyze traffic and conversion data to optimize affiliate activities and maximize revenue.

3. Campaign Optimization:
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create and optimize affiliate marketing campaigns that align with business goals.
• Identify new opportunities and strategies to improve affiliate performance.

4. Compliance and Regulations:
• Ensure that all affiliate activities comply with industry regulations and company policies.
• Stay up-to-date with changes in the regulatory landscape.

5. Reporting and Documentation:
• Prepare regular reports on affiliate performance, revenue, and ROI.
• Maintain accurate documentation of affiliate agreements and communication.

Notice Period Clause: In the event either party desires to terminate the employment agreement, the party shall provide at least 14 days prior written notice of the termination date to the other party; provided, however, that the receiving party may agree to a shorter notice period.
