Position: Remote Secretary / Administrative Assistant (Work from Home – Nepal Based)- FEMALE ONLY

We are seeking a reliable and proactive female Secretary / Administrative Assistant to join our team. This is a remote work-from-home role based in Nepal, supporting a Sydney-based business.

Working Hours

  • 6 days per week (Sunday to Friday)
  • 7 hours per day
  • Must be available to start at 6:15 AM Nepal Time

Key Responsibilities

  • General administrative and secretarial support
  • Managing schedules, emails, and communications
  • Data entry and document management
  • Coordinating tasks and maintaining records
  • Assisting with day-to-day operational activities including recruitment and onboarding of new staff, rostering of staff

Requirements

  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Previous experience in administration, secretarial, or management roles (preferred)
  • Undergraduate qualification (preferred)
  • Must be tech-savvy (comfortable with emails, spreadsheets, and online tools)
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Friendly, easygoing personality with a professional attitude
  • Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently
  • Must have reliable internet connection and access to a computer/laptop to perform daily tasks
