Position: Remote Secretary / Administrative Assistant (Work from Home – Nepal Based)- FEMALE ONLY
We are seeking a reliable and proactive female Secretary / Administrative Assistant to join our team. This is a remote work-from-home role based in Nepal, supporting a Sydney-based business.
Working Hours
- 6 days per week (Sunday to Friday)
- 7 hours per day
- Must be available to start at 6:15 AM Nepal Time
Key Responsibilities
- General administrative and secretarial support
- Managing schedules, emails, and communications
- Data entry and document management
- Coordinating tasks and maintaining records
- Assisting with day-to-day operational activities including recruitment and onboarding of new staff, rostering of staff
Requirements
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Previous experience in administration, secretarial, or management roles (preferred)
- Undergraduate qualification (preferred)
- Must be tech-savvy (comfortable with emails, spreadsheets, and online tools)
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Friendly, easygoing personality with a professional attitude
- Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Must have reliable internet connection and access to a computer/laptop to perform daily tasks
