JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Provide consistent and high-quality service in the day to day delivery of responsive,effective and efficient administrative activities.
- Experience with typingword processing and working with various office equipment is a must.
- Proficiency in MS office package (excel,word,Powe point,outlook)
- Ability to speak and write reports in English
- Maintain the in-house canteen management
- Maintain & Monitoring monthly bills
- Monitoring the safety & securities of the offices.
- Ensuring cleanliness of the offices.
- Provide all kind of logistic support for administrative issues.
- Maintaining files, records and information.
- Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly report as per HOD requirements.
- Any other duties as and when entrusted by head of the department.
