Position: Accountant (Male)

Location: Kathmandu

Job Requirements:

• BBS/BBA or bachelors in Accounting, finance or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in accounting or finance roles.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks, Tally, etc.)
• Proficiency in Microsoft office specially in MS Word and Excel.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and standards.
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Job Description:

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including book keeping, cash management, and inventory data entry.
• Assist in the development and monitoring of budgets, providing insights and analysis on financial performance.
• Manage the full accounts payable and receivable process, including invoicing, payment processing, and reconciliation.
• Oversee payroll processing, ensuring timely and accurate payment of salaries and benefits to employees.
• Ensure compliance with all tax regulations, including the preparation and submission of tax returns.
• Assist in the preparation for audits and work closely with auditors to ensure accurate and efficient audit processes.
• Conduct financial analysis and provide recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation.
• Utilize accounting software and systems to manage financial processes and reporting.

Salary: Rs. 25,000 - Rs. 30,000

Male candidates are preferred.

Note: Having a bike or scooter and driving license is a must.
