Position: Accountant cum Runner

Triad Asia Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented individual for the Accountant cum Runner position. This is a hybrid entry-level role combining basic accounting responsibilities with essential administrative and operational support.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in business administration (BBA) or equivalent.

·       Basic understanding of accounting principles

·       Proficiency in Tally, MS Office, and MS Excel

·       Strong organizational and time-management skills

·       High level of attention to detail and accuracy

·       Willingness to handle both office and field-based tasks

Job Responsibilities

1.⁠ ⁠Financial Operations

·      Data entry of invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers

·   Processing accounts payable (bills) and accounts receivable (invoices)

·      Performing bank reconciliations and managing petty cash

·      Assisting senior accountants during month-end and year-end closing activities

2.⁠ ⁠Logistical & Administrative Duties

·      Running office errands, delivering documents, and making bank visits.

·      Filing, scanning, and organizing financial and administrative records.

·      Managing office supplies and ensuring timely restocking.

·      Communicating with vendors, banks, and external parties as required.
