Job Description:
General Administrative Officer will be responsible for providing various administrative services mainly procurement, contract administrations, safety and space management, installations and maintenance of facilities in the office premises etc. He will also be expected to take initiative to develop and implement standard work procedures, policies and criteria for management of General Administrative Department. He will also be required to address queries, complaints and handle staff related issues.
Major Job Responsibilities:

Responsible
for performing a range of administrative activities including procurement
of office supplies, travel arrangements, coordination of meetings and
office functions, records management, attendance management, insurance of
properties etc.

Demonstrate
outstanding leadership skills and tactfully handle HR aspects of the
division

Facilitate
social activities for staff
-
Liaise
with tenants on buildings facilities and maintenance of contracts.

Liaise
with store & vendors for arrangement of furniture and equipments for
staff.
-
Responsible
for taking necessary safety precautions and ensuring safety of staff and
properties.

Responsible
for taking prompt actions for installation, repair and maintenance of
properties and arranging smooth supply of utilities.

Oversee
the Petty Cash Expenses.

Responsible
for updating records in the software used by the company.
-
Manage
and coordinate the administrative related duties for outside Kathmandu
valley offices as well.

Travelling
to cities outside Kathmandu Valley Offices may also be required.

Monitor
and ensure the proper use of office vehicles, equipments and other
facilities.

Perform
other duties as assigned
Requirements

Completed
Bachelor degree
-
Minimum
of 2 years of experience in General Administration and HR
-
Must
have very good Computer Skills.
Other Specific Requirements:

Candidate
having own Motor Bike with a valid driving License is preferred
