MahilaAtmaNirbharta Kendra(MANK) is a Sindhupalchok based NGO, registered in since 1990, is a pioneer conducting economic development, Social mobilization, local governance, poverty reduction, health and sanitation, hygiene promotion and D.R.R. programs in the district. MANK, in partnership with OXFAM, is implementing the Nepal Earthquake Recovery, 2017 program. The project aims to provide assistance to the population of the most vulnerable and poor people of the earthquake affected population in its working RMC/MC.

Under this program (HOUSING), MANK is constructing permanent housed for the earthquake affected people at Melamchi municipality and Indrawati rural municipality.

Details Job Description /Requirements:

Category(A):  Manual interlocking Bricks (CSEB) Machines with onsite 7 days training package. 

• No of CSEB Manual Machine: 2 set.
• Specifications of machine required:Single mold manually operated (Submission of photo &video of the Machine is use in Nepal is mandatory) Machine should be able to produce 150KN comp. force.
• product Size of Bricks: (300*150*100) mm,2 round holes+square, hole in middle
• Machine type: Single mold manually operated 
• Bidding amount: Including transportation and installation on site. 

Category(B):  PAN Mixture Machine. 

• No of mixture machine: 1 set
• Specification of machine required: 150-liter PAN mixture (Not traditional concern mixer)
• Power: Single phase motor 
• Bidding amount: Including transportation and installation on site. 

Bidder Shall submit following documents along with the bid:

Interested companies/firms are invited to submit their letter of interest to the address indicated below. The EOI must include, at a minimum, the following documentation/information.

• Summarized Suppliers/Firm profile
• VAT registration certificate
• Certificate and renewal of membership, firm registration, and recommendations (if applicable)
• Tax clearance certificate
• Technical and financial proposal including justified needs and roles of Machinesfor the above requirement.
• Have to submit photos and video of the machine.
• Should define warranty.
• The suppliers should have machines in stock and can onsite deliver within 10-15 days.

Time Schedule:

• The deadline for submission of the EOI is 9th, July 2018 by 4:00PM.
• Tender document collection and submission must be from 10:00 am to 04:00 pm from Sunday toFriday except the government holidays.
• BID opening date:10th, July 2018 at 11: AM of MANK Office, Melamchi-11,Sindhupalchok
