Job Description

• Monitoring the site progress to ensure that the procedure, materials, project plan, specifications and samples are as per agreed standards and quality.
• The candidate should be carrying an interest or knowledge of work profile in quality controlling, billing engineering, site engineering, surveyor and valuation engineering etc.
• The candidate needs to monitor schedules, define derivables, collect records of all the incoming materials in the site and also review the budget cost.
• Observing the overall site work distinctively and should be able to suggest changes if required.
• Co-ordinating and communicating the technical components with the contractors, project manager and other staffs as per needed.
• The candidate should be willing to work under any unforeseen situation or pressure and ensure safety precautions in the work site.

Job Specification

• Bachelor in Civil Engineering from a recognized university and at least a minimum 2 years of experience in the construction industry, especially buildings.
• Good knowledge in operating Microsoft Windows packages such as word, excel, power point etc.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Possess excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills with good command of Nepali and English language
• Outstanding leadership qualities and management skills.
