Educational Qualification and Experience: 

• Bachelor ‘s Degree in relevant field
• 1-2 years of experience in marketing and communications (Preference will be given to experience in Marketing and advertising)

Job Specification: 

• Should have organizing and planning skills
• Should have knowledge on business communication
• Should have a sound knowledge in offline and Digital Media marketing
• Should have knowledge on marketing campaign, development and management
• Should have knowledge on Media Relations and Advertising
• Should have good presentation skill
• Should have good communication skills both in spoken and written
• Should possess strong analytical skill
• Should be able to work under pressure

 Job Description:

• Developing Marketing strategies and plans for company’s product and services
• Implement strategies for both new and existing services and all phase of marketing from concept development, planning, gathering information, market research, identifying target markets, assessing people’s perception, business trends, designing and distribution decisions to advertising
• Write proposals and develop promotional materials for offered and possible services
• Study the business trends to design and launch marketing campaigns, new product/ service development referring to the market study of demand
• Prepare presentations and represent the organization during client visits in offering services
• Continuous follow up with existing/prospective clients for business opportunities
• Work in a team to produce materials of visual impact and within brand guidelines
• Brand Monitoring and promotional activities evaluation including advertisements and media coverage
• Generate reports on marketing campaigns and present them in understandable format
• Monitor performance, write reports and submit them to the concerned authority periodically

Salary & Benefits:

NPR 8,000 - NPR 25,000 excluding incentives and fuel expenses
