• Assistance and Consultations: Support agents regarding our platform's features, promotions, and policies.
• Payment Systems: Collaborate with agents to facilitate seamless transactions and payments, including working with various payment systems and solutions.
• Performance Analysis: Monitor agent performance, report on key metrics, and suggest improvements to enhance their effectiveness.
• Market Research: Stay updated with industry trends, competition, and market dynamics to inform our agent management strategies.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in agent management, partner relations, or a related field within the gaming or sports betting industry.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• A deep understanding of payment systems and financial transactions.
• Problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
• Proficiency in English and other languages will be only an advantage.
• Passion for sports and gaming is recommended.
