BRIEF DESCRIPTION:
- IBI is searching for Nepali candidates to serve in various staff positions for an anticipated USAID public financial management project in Nepal. The project is anticipated to start in early 2016. A limited number of candidates may be interviewed in person in Kathmandu, Nepal September 19-22, others will be interviewed by phone at a later date.

JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
Deputy Chief of Party: Manage all technical aspect of the project, serve as main point of contact and liaison for Government of Nepal and USAID officials, provide advice and direction on all cultural, political, and technical aspects of project implementation.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Nepali citizenship, or Nepali residency with deep understanding of Nepal's government and culture.
- Fluent in Nepali and in English
- Minimum 20 years of experience related to public financial management
- Minimum a Bachelor-level university degree, preferably an advanced degree in finance, accounting, public administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience working in a Nepali government agency, preferably in a financial management position.
- Experience working on donor funded projects preferred
