VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT

Association for Rural Social Welfare Nepal (ARSOW Nepal), the leading NGO based in Kavre district working in the various sectors i.e. WASH, Public Health, Livelihood, Social Mobilization, and Disaster Risk Management. Currently, ARSOW Nepal is seeking qualified, result oriented and self motivated Nepali citizens for the following positions under its Towards linking reconstruction and households’ resilience in Sindhupalchok  Supported by Triangle Génération Humanitaire Funded by Fondation de France. The project focuses its intervention on DRR, and Livelihoods in Thanpaldhap, Gunsa, Thanpalkot and Bhotang VDCs of Sindhupalchok district. Candidates meeting mentioned criteria are highly encouraged to apply for the position. 

M & E Officer: 1 (Based in Project Office Thangpaldhap, Sindhupalchok)

Duty Station : Project  Office Thangpaldhap

Qualifications/experience required: 

• Experience of project  management; specially in project monitoring & evaluation
• Experience in excel spreadsheet mandatory
• Familiar with different program monitoring tools & techniques, 
• Excellent analytical skills and a methodical approach to work
• Excellent written communication skills with clear and concise reporting style
• Pro-active approach and ability to work unsupervised but also as part of a team
• Ability to communicate with a diverse range of people at different levels
• Experience of working to tight deadlines and  pressure
• Good writing skills in English and familiar with basic computer applications,
• Bachelor Degree in Social Studies, Management or  any other related subject
