Website Developer – Full Time

Due to the incredible growth of our agency, we are seeking a Website Developer to join our high-performance team in a Full -time position, with more hours becoming available based on performance. 

About the Opportunity:

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Driving and optimising the customer journey to increase traffic and conversions

• Developing new and existing page templates and website

• Complete reporting and provide insights to all digital activities

• Drive SEO strategies to ensure the brand ranks highly across search engines

• A keen eye for design and implementation of graphics across landing pages

• Optimise the back end of our website as it functions and develop CRM software for the Company

• Must have keen knowledge about Lead generation and Facebook page Ads – manger

About You:

You are someone that gets excited by great results, you use insightful data to implement strategies and push the boundaries.

• 3+ Years Developing Websites

• Experience managing and designing high traffic websites

• Experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console Tools and Google Ads , Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads

• Solid Understanding of SEO Strategies

• Able to interpret data to create new initiatives across the website 

• CRM development & Integration, Email Marketing and Social Media marketing

You must possess excellent communication and customer service skills, be able to work under pressure and to deadlines and manage your time effectively. You will be a part of a collaborative digital team and you will also have the ability to work autonomously.
