About Us
We are a growing BPO startup seeking a highly motivated and versatile Web Development & Marketing Project Manager to join our team. As a young and fast-paced company, we are looking for someone who is comfortable multitasking, thrives in a dynamic environment, and can confidently manage diverse projects across web development and digital marketing.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage end-to-end web development projects, including planning, coordination, and delivery.
Collaborate closely with designers, developers, and content teams to ensure timely and high-quality output.
Oversee digital marketing initiatives such as SEO, social media, paid campaigns, and brand communications.
Prioritize tasks, allocate resources, and manage project timelines effectively.
Conduct regular project reporting, performance tracking, and quality reviews.
Serve as a bridge between clients and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and smooth execution.
Support operations and contribute to process improvements across the startup.
Requirements
Proven experience in project management within web development and/or digital marketing.
Strong understanding of web technologies, UX/UI fundamentals, and digital marketing tools.
Excellent communication, coordination, and organisational skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-moving environment.
Self-driven, adaptable, and comfortable working in a startup culture.
Prior experience in a BPO or agency environment is a plus.
