Waiter/Waitress/Bartender/Housekeeping

KASARA JUNGLE RESORT is a newly build luxury resort in Patihani, Chitwan, an extensive project under Yeti Group of Companies.  The resort is currently hiring and invites applications for the following key position, based in Chitwan.

Reports to: Assistant Food and Beverage Manager

Duty Station: Chitwan 

JOB TITLE: WAITER/ WAITRESS - 04

Overall Responsibilities: The primary responsibility of Waiter/ Waitress is setting up tables, delivering food and beverages; ensuring areas are clean and tidy, maintaining stock levels and restaurant set up

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES, REQUIRED:

• Responsible for serving food and beverages in restaurant efficiently and in a most courteous manner.
• Carry out all duties in accordance with tasks and descriptions with reference to established rules and policies.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE: 

• Intermediate with few years of experience in similar position

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:  

• Waiter/ Waitress ought to have an exceptional communication and great customer skills with good food and beverage knowledge; immaculate personal grooming and presentation. 

JOB TITLE: BARTENDER - 02

OVERALL RESPONSIBILITIES:  The primary responsibility of bartender is to provide our patrons and staff ranging from setting up and delivering beverages, ensuring areas are clean and tidy, maintaining stock levels and restaurant set up.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES, REQUIRED:

• Responsible for mixing and serving drinks to patrons 
• Assist the restocking and replenishment of bar inventory and supplies.
• Responsible for providing guidance to guests on resort activities, dining options and general resort and regional information. 

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:  

• Bachelors degree few years of experience in similar position

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:

• Bartender ought to have an excellent wines, spirits and cocktail knowledge with exceptional customer service and ability to manage ten things at once. 

Reports to: Front Office Manager

JOB TITLE: HOUSE KEEPING - 04

OVERALL RESPONSIBILITIES: The primary responsibility of housekeeping is to contribute to guest comfort and ensure the daily cleaning and tidying of all the hotel bedrooms and any other public area.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES, REQUIRED:

• Responsible to maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation in all back-of-house areas and customer areas. 
• Provide service to all bedrooms and corridors, in line with company policy

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• Basic education few years of experience in similar position

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:

• Housekeeping must be able to communicate clearly with managers and other personnel.
