Kavya International Tours and Travels Pvt. Ltd., a leading travel company, is looking for candidates to fill the following positions:

1. Ticket Officer - 2 positions

2. Head Documentation Officer - 2 positions

3. Documentation Officer - 4 positions

Job Requirements:

1. Ticket Officer:

• Responsible for booking and issuing airline tickets and handling inquiries related to ticketing.
• Candidates must have excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Should be well-versed with computerized reservation systems (CRS)
  
• Experience in the travel industry is preferred.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Diploma or certification in ticketing and reservation systems is preferred.

2. Head Documentation Officer:

• Responsible for overseeing and managing the documentation process for E-visa applications, passport renewals, and other travel-related documents.
• Candidates must have excellent organizational and management skills.
• Should have knowledge of E-visa requirements for Malaysia and be able to provide guidance to the documentation team.
• Experience in managing a team is preferred.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Diploma or certification in travel and tourism is preferred.

3. Documentation Officer:

• Responsible for processing visa applications, passport renewals, and other travel-related documents.
• Candidates must have excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Should be able to communicate effectively with clients and government authorities.
• Experience in the travel industry is preferred.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Diploma or certification in travel and tourism is preferred.
