1. Position: Finance Officer

No. of Position: 1

Job specification:

• Educational Qualification: Bachelors’ Degree with specialization in Finance or accounting.
• Basic knowledge in prevailing laws and regulations on taxation and accounting.
• Experience: 2 years above in related field
• Good communication skills

Job description:

• Maintain various accounting, fiscal and budgeting functions of college, including general ledger, closing books, cash management, monthly balancing of financial records, bank reconciliation and other manual books of accounts.
• Ensure efficient processing of all financial transactions, including invoicing and collection of dues.
• Keep track of the petty cash and disburse it as an when required as per college police
• Report to Chartered Accountant and management on monthly basis or as and when required
• Act as liaison with auditors, perform internal audits and assist in the preparation of annual audit.
• Prepare deprecation schedule as per income tax act and books of accounts.
• Analyze, verify and prepare financial statements, reports, accounts, and records of expenditures and revenues; enter information into appropriate computerized system and make recommendations regarding the findings.
• Advise on legal activities of the company in relation to the finance and accounts of the college

Working Hours: 8 am to 4 pm

2. Position: IT Officer

Job specification:

• Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology
• Experience: 2 years above
• Self-directed with the ability to work independently.
• Good interpersonal skills

Job description:

• Plan, and assist in the installation of new or upgraded IT needs and requirements.
• Assist students, Staff, and faculties in the use of computer appliances, technology, and software applications.
• Coordinate between the college and the vendor providing various IT services and products such as hosting services, software etc.
• Ensure backups of critical data are taken at appropriate intervals.
• Monitor IT resources such as Hardware, Software and LAN to ensure 100% utilization.
• Perform safety maintenance of computers and other equipment in the lab.
• Monitor computer lab regularly to ensure proper use of lab facilities
• Keep track of the conditions of all office computers and electronic appliances and perform necessary maintenance activities.
• Maintain a log of hardware and software problems; follow up on reported problems as necessary.

Working Hours: 6:30 am to 2:30 pm

3. Position: Test Administrator/ Exam Officer

Job specification:

• Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree
• Experience: 1 year above
• Good communication skills
• Well disciplined
• Detail oriented

Job description:

• Clerical duties during registration process- data processing
• Invigilation during Examination
• Ensure the examinations department is effectively and efficiently operating
• General Administration / Clerical duties whenever required for both Register & Examination Department

Working Hours: 1 am to 10 pm (Evening Shift)

4. Position: Librarian

No. of Position: 1

Job Specifications:

• Educational Qualification: At least +2 graduated
• Should have good communication skills.
• Knowledge of MS office package and library management
• Age: 25 above

Job Descriptions:

• Manage library facility to provide comfortable access to the resources as required by the students and faculties.
• Keep proper record of in and out flow of library books to ensure availability.
• Assisting senior officers and performing other administrative tasks, as required.
