Ekata Multipurpose Co-operative Society is established in June 9th, 1999 (2057/02/27 B.S.). It is one of Reputed Cooperative Society in Lalitpur district. It is affiliated with District Cooperative Society, Lalitpur, District Saving and Credit Cooperative Union, Lalitpur and also with District Multipurpose Cooperative Society Union, Lalitpur. Having the regular AGM of every year, we are fully updated from the Taxation and relevant rules and regulations of Cooperative Department. 

Our vision is to enhance members & local community by providing Financial, Social, Educational and Employment opportunities. By these movements, our cooperative is playing a vital roleto Develop community and Country. Our cooperative is currently running Bakery Factory, Garment Factory, Skill Development Center and Social activities. These businesses are supporting to create the Employment opportunities as well Social and Financial to Members. 

Currently we are looking for the following positions to Promote our Administration and Business. 

1.  Marketing Manager: 1 person

Job description:

• Complete marketing campaigns after conducting preliminary research
• Coordination with Marketers. Conduct meeting with Marketing Staffs and Others 
• Driving brand awareness through on-site, face-to-face interaction with consumers
• Report weekly/monthly on the status of field marketing activities
• Visiting clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or expand the market growth

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or Bachelor running
• Minimum 2 years experience
• Broad knowledge of marketing strategies
• Excellent Knowledge in Computer,Fluent  typing skill in English & Nepali
• Strong communication skills – written and oral
• Confident with a dynamic personality

Note:-

• Preference will be given to two wheeler holder

2.  Micro Finance Field Co-coordinator : 5 person

Job Description

• Ability to create and expand Women’s Group
• Creating and managing work schedules
• Organizing routes for individual field visits or scheduling 
• Oversees the operation and execution of services at a work site or member location
• Makes sure that the appropriate staff, equipment, and materials are on hand to complete work on time
• Ensure the smooth operation of field activities, including field safety and work quality

Requirements:

• Possess Bachelor’s Degree / Bachelor running in business management
• Having 2 year or above experience in related field
• Excellent leaders and possess good oral and written skills
• Outstanding interpersonal, PR and management skills
• Ability to work well under pressure. And Excellent knowledge of Nepali &Engilsh typing with Desktop

Age Should be above 25 years

• Preference will be given to two wheeler holder

3.  Marketing Representative: 5 person (for Bhaktapur Branch)

a)   Job description:

• Expand the number of members and transactions in the designated area
• Conduct market research to expand the growth of Members and Deposit
• Monitor the designated area as necessary
• Consistently achieve monthly  target and generate new business
• Handle complaints, suggestions, and update necessary information to individual customers and members
• Any other departmental tasks assigned by the Manager

b)  Requirements:

• +2 or Equivalent
• Minimum 2 years experience
• Broad knowledge of marketing strategies
• Knowledge in Computer,Fluent  typing skill in English & Nepali

4.   Assistant Accountant: 1 person ( For Nakhipot Branch)

Job Description

• Able to Operate Talley accounting Software smoothly.
• Have accounting and financial knowledge.
• Result oriented and dedicated person who able to complete day to day job before leaving office of the day.
• Charming and pleasing attitude.
• Who can contribute maximum time for the office.

• Full Responsible for clients online orders without time limitations
