Vacancy for Web Designer/PHP Develolper/ASP.NET Developer
EyeWeb Sys is a privately owned offshore software outsourcing company located in Bhaktapur, Nepal. We are a young company and a young team, with high ambitions for the future. Started in 2012, in 2013 we partnered up with a Dutch company uSome to develop flexible en payable solutions worldwide. Together with this partner we do not only develop custom made websites and apps, but also concept & develop standard products. As we think that true greatness can only come from dedication, our main focus lies on Umbraco, nopCommerce & .Net development. At this point we are a small (20 team members in Nepal, 6 in Netherlands) company but growing rapidly. Not only by ‘conquering the world’ but also by trying to service the local Nepal & Asian market. Besides the business side of it, we are also trying to take our responsibility in sharing to the Nepali community in time, money and goods. We are participating in several funds, and currently working on setting up our own. We provide our employees with (paid) time to participate in projects of choice.
Details / requirements:
We are seeiking for experienced candidates for the below posts:
Web Designer:
- Good knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
- Experienced in web layout designing using Photoshop
- Experienced on bootstrap/960 grid based layout desiging is plus
- Highly creative and innovative and self motivated
- It's not compulsory but basic knowledge of HTML/HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery is plus.
- Good communication skill in English
- Should be able to work under pressure and meet the deadlines
PHP Developer:
- At least 3+ years of work experience in PHP development
- Expert on PHP/MySQL and one of the PHP framework such as Codignitor, WordPress, Strong knowledge of JavaScript, jQuery, CSS/CSS3, JSON, Web Services, HTML/HTML5 etc
- Knowledge on SilverStripe CMS is plus
- Knowledge on third party API and Web Services implementation development in PHP (SOAP, REST, JSON/XML etc.)
- Fully capable of handling server management and hosting
- Excellent OOPS programming skills
- Experience with advanced revision control system such as Git or SVN etc., branching, tagging etc.
- Follows best Practices such as coding standards, unit-testing, etc.
- Ability to handle pressure, meet tight deadlines and ability to work in a team, lead the team and provide proper guidance to the juniors
- Knowledge of Expression Engine is a plus
- Good communication skill in English
ASP.NET Developer:
- At least 2+ years of work experience in .NET platform (including 1 year work experience in MVC)
- Knowledge in ASP.NET, C#, MVC 3+, MS SQL Server 2008/2012, IIS
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript, jQuery, CSS/CSS3, JSON, Web Services, HTML5
- Excellent OOPS programming skills
- Ability to handle pressure, meet tight deadlines and ability to work in a team
- Knowledge of version control like Git, SVN, TFS will be an plus point
- Knowledge of RDBMS, Entity Framework, XML and LINQ
- Good communication skill in English
