UX Researcher

Who you are 

• Bachelor's Degree in Design, Computer Science or related industry experience OR Degree Qualification in Business Analyst OR UX Researcher

• Minimum of 1 - 3 years proven experience as a UX researcher or similar roles such as Business Analyst, Statistical analysis, Product Designer, Product Manager or similar roles  

• Experience in conducting user research.

• Experience with qualitative and user-centred design methodologies

• Proficient in wireframing

• Good understanding of website architecture and layout aesthetics

• Knowledge in:

  • Wireframing 

  • Conducting Presentations

  • Quantitative, behavioural analysis and statistics

  • Creating Customer Journey Mapping

• An enthusiastic individual with a meticulous eye for detail and results-oriented 

• Must be a team player and open to constructive feedback 

• Ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent written and verbal English

• Experience working for western-based clients will be desirable

Some Of The Exciting Stuff That You'll Be Involved In

• Manage and conduct user research for the website and other applications

• Research website user personas and investigate website user behaviour.

• Conduct user research activities such as interviews and surveys. 

• Identifying possible recommendations by users. 

• Presenting research findings to team, management and stakeholders.

• Work closely with product management, marketing and stakeholders to identify research topics.

• Collaborate with design, content writers, developers and marketing to users with exceptional user experience.

• Write functional requirements documents and guides.

• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and methodologies
