USAID Learning for Development Event Management Support 

Bixal Solutions, Inc. (Bixal), is seeking proposals from eligible contractors to provide event management support for a one-year period to support the USAID Learning for Development activity. Bixal anticipates awarding a single blanket purchase agreement as a result of this Solicitation. Bixal reserves the right to award more or fewer awards than anticipated above. 

All Questions relating to this RFQ must be submitted to L4Dev.procurements@bixal.com.

This RFQ in no way obligates Bixal to award a contract nor does it commit Bixal to pay any cost incurred in the preparation and submission of a proposal.

Bixal bears no responsibility for data errors resulting from transmission or conversion processes.  

Offer Deadline and Protocol 

Offers must be received no later than July 19, 2024, 5pm NPT, by email to the USAID Learning for Development activity. Any emailed offers must be emailed to L4Dev.procurements@bixal.com.  

All Offerors shall guarantee their offer price for 90 days following price submission. Bixal will award the contract within 60 days of the final date for price offer submissions, July 19, 2024. Service start date will be August 2024 

Please reference the RFQ number in any response to this RFQ. Offers received after the specified time and date will be considered late and will be considered only at the discretion of Bixal.
