UI/UX Consultant
LIS Nepal Private Limited is a sister concern of Yomari Group of Companies. It is a privately held company established in 21 July, 2014, with the same proprietor of Yomari. LIS Nepal specializes in a broad range of data integration, data warehousing and business intelligence solutions, with a special focus on retail industry. It is also one of the development centers for Logic Information Systems, Inc. (http://www.logicinfo.com ). Moreover, LIS Nepal also focuses on providing ICT related services to Nepal's domestic market. Its services include software development, infrastructure services, system integration, project implementation and representing foreign ICT companies in Nepal. Currently, LIS team size comprises of 100+ team members working closely with Development, HR, Operations, Infra and Finance team. Details / requirements:
We are looking for self driven, motivated and result oriented professional to be part of our dynamic team as a “UI/UX Consultant ”.
Please note that this is a temporary engagement of two months .

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to understand user requirements and business objectives.
- Conduct user research, including surveys, interviews, and usability testing, to gather insights and inform design decisions.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate user flows and interactions.
- Develop design systems and maintain UI kits to ensure consistency across products and platforms.
- Iterate on designs based on feedback from stakeholders and user testing sessions.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design
Key Technical Skills
- Proven knowledge of CSS3, HTML5 and Webmarkup.
- Should have knowledge on Responsive Design and can work on Bootstrap.
- Should have knowledge on Cross Browser compatibility work.
- Hands on experience on client side scripting, JavaScript including Jquery.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar software.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
- Proven knowledge of icon design.
- Identifies ideas to improve system performance and impact availability.
- Must be proactive in driving complex design discussions and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Experienced on Angular JS, Node JS and flat/material design would be an added advantage.
General Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or a related discipline. Master Degree Preferable.
- 4+ Years of Hands-on Experience.
- Excellent communication skill and proven ability to carry on a business conversation at all levels.
- Strong Leadership, Decision Making and Problem Solving skill.
- Willingness to travel outside country as per need.
