Details / requirements:
We're seeking a Customer Care Representative for our tour company's operations, tour planning, and customer service. The ideal candidate should have a strong travel industry background, leadership skills, and a passion for creating memorable travel experiences in Nepal, Tibet, & Bhutan.
Responsibilities:
Develop & manage tour itineraries aligning with customer expectations.
Provide prompt, exceptional customer service.
Handle feedback and maintain customer satisfaction.
Explore partnerships for business growth.
Oversee logistics, including transport, accommodations, & activities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, hospitality, or related field.
2+ years in travel and tourism industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
