Association for Rural Social Welfare Nepal (ARSOW Nepal) is a nonprofit and Non-Governmental Organization implementing its “Integrated Comprehensive Recovery Program for Thangpal Valley in Sindhupalchok’’project in partnerhsip with Triangle Génération Humanitaire (TGH Nepal) in Sindhupalchok District.  ARSOW Nepal is seeking offer from eligible registered suppliers for the supply and deliver of IT Equipments.Detail Prerequisites of supply will be provided in Tender Document.

1. The bid document may be collected direct in office during office hour on all working days by interested Bidders from 26 December 2021to 10 January  2022(12 Noon) onward upon submission of a written application at the ARSOW office, Banepa, Kavrepalanchok.

2. Completed bid documents must be delivered in sealed envelope to ARSOW office in office hours with clearly mentioned subject SEALED QUOTATION for It equpments supply.

3. With the tender document the bidder must submit the following documents:

Bid must be valid for a period of 45 days after bid opening and must be accompanied by bid security, amounting to 2.5% of their estimated amount, which shall be valid for 30 days beyond the bid validity period. Security amount should be deposited by bank voucher to the ARSOW Nepal bank A/C Number: 2001524044030026 Machhapurchhebank limited, Banepa, Kavrepalanchok.

5. Bidders can get Tender document/Format   from office during office hour on all working days.

6. Bids will be opened in presence of suppliers’ representative on 10 January 2022(2 PM) in ARSOW Nepal, Banepa.

7. Bids evaluation will be based on the quoted rates and corresponding amounts and only bids with specified specification and requirements mentioned in tender document will be evaluated.

8. If the last date of taking form, submission or opening falls on a Government holiday then the next working day shall be considered as the last day.

9. ARSOW Nepal reserves the right to reject any or all bids without giving reasons and prior notice.
