Save the Children Nepal Country Office invites qualified service providers to submit tender for the construction of pharmaceutical warehouse as describe below:

Detailed instructions and tender response documents will be provided from 30th January, for which please email query.nepal@savethechildren.org. Kindly mention the tender reference number, name of company, contact person details, along with phone number and email address, and attach the scanned copy of tax clearance certificate (FY 2079/80). Also, mention the concerned location while requesting Invitation to Tender (ITT) documents.

Last day for submission of bid: 21 February 2024 (Wednesday)

Pre-bid meeting: 12 February 2024 (Monday) at 2:00 PM  (Virtual)

Only those companies/firms who have requested for ITT documents will be eligible to submit the bid.

Details regarding requirements, bidder instructions, submission formats, and methodology can be found in the tender response documents. Please note that Save the Children does not charge any fees at any stage of tender process. If you do not receive any feedback by 15 March 2024, please consider that your bid was unsuccessful.

Save the Children reserves the right to award none, part, or all of the tender to one or more bidders.
