Specification

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science or Electronics Engineering or equivalent years of related experience
• Willing to work on shift rotation basis and during Public holidays
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English, Nepali and Hindi.
• Should possess excellent listening and questioning skills, combined with the ability to interact confidently.
• Ability to work well in team.

Job Description

• Knowledge in Windows and Linux Operating Systems
• Knowledge in Hardware & Software Application
• Minimum experience of a year in relevant field
• Knowledge of Hardware devices and their spares parts
• Knowledge of Printers (DMP / Laser / Ink-Jet /Scanner etc) and its basic trouble shooting
• Knowledge of Network/network devices and basic trouble shooting of switches and managed cabling.
• Basic knowledge of Electricity, UPS, Generator, Door Access, CCTV and Air conditioner.
• Functional knowledge of all office application (Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint etc.) 
• Maintain all the company hardware stocks
• Maintain the systems required by the company.
• Monitoring and maintaining ISP connectivity status and escalate to ISP in case of internet-related issue
