Details / requirements:

We are seeking to hire a talented, young and dynamic Technical Delivery Manager who has prior experience managing a development team with several specialisations. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of working for an outsourcing or offshore development company as either a Project Manager or a Technical Delivery Manager. The development team at Blue Ocean Systems will consist of talent in the following specialisations: 1 .NET 2. MS SQL 3. SAP SDK 4. Crystal Reports 5. ABAP The Technical Delivery Manager's roles and responsibilities will include the following: 1. Interface with our overseas clients to discuss and document their development requirements. 2. Convert these requirements into design specifications for the development team. 3. Assign development tasks to the team, track and report status of development activities. 4. Manage development projects on time and within budget. 5. Provide training and mentoring to team members.
