Saral Janasewa Kendra is establishing a roster of qualified Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to support the development of high-quality proposals and provide technical assistance across diverse thematic areas. This roster will be used to engage experts for short-term assignments, including proposal writing, strategic planning, technical reviews, and capacity building.

We are seeking experts in the following areas:

1. Policy and Planning Expert – Education and Child Rights Governance
2. Child Protection and Child Rights Expert
3. Climate Change and Climate Justice Expert
4. Disaster Risk Reduction and Shock Responsive Social Protection Expert
5. Research, Monitoring, and Evaluation Expert
6. Education and Local Curriculum Expert
7. Inclusive Education Expert
8. Universal Design for Learning (UDL) Expert
9. Early Childhood Education and Development Expert
10. Storytelling Expert
11. Child-Friendly Local Governance Expert
12. RUPANTARAN Expert/Facilitator
13. Comprehensive Sexual Education (CSE) Expert
14. Psychosocial Counseling Expert
15. Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights (SRHR) Expert
16. Gender Equality and Social Inclusion (GESI) & Gender Based Violence (GBV) Expert
17. Positive Discipline & Positive Parenting expert
18. Alternative energy expert
19. DRR & Early Warning System Expert

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical inputs for proposal development and donor submissions
• Review and refine concept notes, project frameworks, and budgets
• Support strategic planning and stakeholder engagement
• Contribute to knowledge products, training materials, and policy briefs
• Participate in workshops, consultations, and capacity-building initiatives

Eligibility Criteria

• Advanced degree in relevant field (Master’s or PhD preferred)
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in the area of expertise
• Proven experience in proposal development and donor engagement
• Strong analytical, writing, communication and facilitation skills
• Familiarity with donor requirements (e.g., UNICEF, UNDP, EU, USAID, I/NGOs etc.)
