Arctic Education Network Pvt Ltd is an Agency of Arctic Immigration Inc., providing Educational Consultancy Services to students who want to study exclusively in Canada. Arctic Immigration Inc is a CICC (formerly known as ICCRC) accredited Canadian Immigration Consultancy Service located in Brampton, Ontario Canada.

Arctic Education Network Pvt Ltd and Arctic Immigration Inc. are working together to help a large number of students around the globe to gain study permits to Canada. We also help students’ spouse, parents, and relatives to obtain visas under temporary and permanent immigration streams. We have representation in several renown Colleges and Universities across Canada and have been serving clients to get admission and provide visa services for the best interest of the clients. Realizing the increasing volumes of study visa inquiries, we are interested to hire student advisor(s) to work in our organization. The position is strictly salary based, reviewed annually and the advisors get full support from the Registered Canadian Immigration Consultants. Interested individuals working with education consultancy firms are encouraged to apply for the position.

Other requirements

1) Skills: The advisor(s) must have skills related to student admission, retainership, visa application procedure, booking appointment to VFS Global, Panel Physicians or other agencies, bureaus, and commissions. Attention to details, clear and effective communication, adaptability to the new clients and environment, patience, positive attitude, and skills related to time management are required. Since the organization is working for Canadian agencies, colleges and commissions, a clear communication skill in English is a must.

2) Knowledge: The advisor(s) must have in-depth knowledge related to Canadian immigration laws , particularly temporary residence visa applications. Writing letter of intent, submissions, defence argument for Procedural Fairness Letter(s), making decisions for reapplications and handling IRCC online accounts are necessary.

3) Experience: The student advisor(s) must have an experience related to student admission and visa application, visitor visa application, spouse work permit application, post graduate work permit application for Canada, the United States of America, Australia, UK or New Zealand.

4) Criminal check: Successful agents are subject to background checks including police records check. The background checks will be carried out by independent agencies and may require presenting themselves for an interview with an independent review agency(ies), if required.

5) Education: Must have at least a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing or business management and a proven record of successfully running a consultancy business or working in such environment.

The student Advisor must be willing to travel to different places or countries, arrange meetings, seminars, or orientation programs if Arctic Immigration Inc.’s and Arctic education network Pvt. Ltd.’s Program and Policy indicate to do so. All expenses related to travel for tasks assigned will be paid by Arctic Education Network Pvt. Ltd.
